For those who have registered, we have organised a conference dinner at Koetshuis de Burcht on the 2nd of September at 19:30.
For the STARTER there are 2 options:
- Smoked salmon tartar with basil oil, vitello tonnato and a beef carpaccio bonbon
- Tomatie and basil oil tartar, summer beet carpaccio, crispy old Amsterdam and goat cheese creme brûlée
For the MAIN COURSE there are 3 options:
- Skin baked codfish with tomato and a butter tarragon sauce
- Beef steak with a puffed garlic and thyme sauce
- Portobello filled with ragout of mushrooms au gratin with Grana Padano cheese (vegetarian)
- Orange bavarois served with blood orange sorbet
