arl Overdick is a lecturer/researcher and works at the Department of Business Studies at Leiden Law School since March 2023.

Karl can broadly be described as a behavioural scientist with a background in Economics. His doctoral research focuses on the link between subjective wellbeing and behaviour. Karl relies heavily on quantitative and experimental methods in his research.

Karl obtained his BA in ESPS from UCL in 2018 and is scheduled to complete his PhD at the University of Oxford in 2023.
