I have always been passionate about nature and environmental issues, and while I was still doing my undergraduate Law degree I had the opportunity to get involved in a volunteer project related to environmental preservation, in Zanzibar (Tanzania). Zanzibar is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful places in this marvellous world but, unfortunately, is also one of the most sacrificed by plastic pollution. Therefore, after this experience, and after visiting many other places that are being strongly affected by this issue as well, I decided that I should find a way to apply my knowledge in Law in the fighting of plastic pollution. That’s one of the reasons why I decided to apply for this LLM, and finding out about the opportunity of being part of the LAPP team made me even more certain about this being the right path for me.

Outside the world of Law, my main passions are travel, photography and dance. I also love to just sit down and listen to ocean.
