High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT, is a circuit based high energy mix of cardio and strength exercises. Scientifically proven to be one of the most effective trainings around, this is the best training for gaining muscle whilst burning fat at an equal rate.

Are you looking for a training with a high "fun and burn" level? Then make sure to register in time, because there is a maximum of 10 spots per class.
PLEASE NOTE: If you sign up and you do not show up without signing off, we will charge you a fine of € 1,-. This fine will be parked on your account. As long as the fine has not been paid you cannot use the facilities of the USC. If you opt out in advance (at least 30 minutes), we will not charge you a fine.
