This is an efficient training class that focuses on improving the body contour. Besides the fitness element, Body Shape classes involve alternating dynamic and static floor exercises in which large and small muscle groups are trained with and without weights.This class improves fitness, muscle strength, posture and muscle stamina and burns fat.
The course starts with a warming up followed by aerobics to get the heart pumping. Then we go on to the muscle enhancing exercises, focused on chest, glutes, abs and legs. These are trained using steps and/or dynabands. The course ends with a cooling down.
