Wei Li is a PhD candidate at the Parenting, Child Care and Development programme group, Leiden University.
Wei Li graduated from the bachelor Psychology at Shaoguan University, China in 2011, and graduated from the master Developmental and Educational Psychology at Southwest University, China in 2014. In 2015, she started her PhD research at the Parenting, Child Care and Development programme group, Leiden University.
Wei Li’s research focuses on the relation between parental postnatal stress and child’s cognitive development at 4-and 14-months of age. She is currently involved in the research project: ‘Origins of early individual differences in self-regulation: A multi-method study involving mothers, fathers and infants in the UK, the Netherlands, the USA and China’.
