Timothy Roes studied law at the University of Antwerp and the Catholic University of Leuven and has an LL.M. degree from New York University.
Roes is about to defend his dissertation on the principle of sincere cooperation in EU law at the Catholic University of Leuven.
He was moreover a B.A.E.F. Fellow and an Emile Noël Fellow at New York University and a stagiaire at the chambers of the (then) Vicepresident of the Court of Justice of the European Union, Koen Lenaerts.
