Sara van der Vegt
Sara van der Vegt graduated cum laude from the research master Developmental Psychopathology in Education and Child Studies at Leiden University. Her thesis focused on neurocognitive factors and intelligence in children that show high levels of externalizing problem behavior. Besides, Sara has worked as a student assistant in the PIT-project, where she was involved in administering an intervention that targeted to promote emotion recognition in school-aged children. Furthermore, Sara did a clinical internship where she focused on diagnostics and treatment in children with developmental problems and/or psychopathology. Right now, she works as a psychologist and as a lecturer in clinical skills at Leiden University.
