Roxette van den Bosch
Roxette van den Bosch completed the bachelor Learning Problems & Impairments and the research master ‘Developmental Psychopathology in Education and Child studies’ at Leiden University. During her masters she completed a clinical internship at the Ambulatorium, were she worked with children with learning problems.
After finishing her masters in 2013, Roxette started her PhD research at the Learning and Behaviour Problems in Education: Challenges and Solutions programme group. Besides her research, Roxette is involved in thesis counseling for bachelor en master students.

Roxette’s research is aimed at improving the reading skills of students with reading disabilities. Currently she is examining teachers’ interpretation and use of progress-monitoring data for students with reading difficulties. Her research instruments are questionnaires, think-aloud protocols, eye-tracking and interviews.
