Paul Jager has been connected to the Company Law Department, Institute of Private Law, since August 2011 as a PhD-fellow of Company Law at Leiden University.
Paul Jager (1982) graduated in 2009 from Groningen University with a master degree in Business Law. In August 2011, he started as a PhD Fellow at Leiden University, where he is working on his dissertation on the ‘Explanation and Application of the Dutch Right of Inquiry in International Group Relations’. Besides research, Paul is a columnist for the bimonthly journal European Company Law (ECL) and an annotator for the journal Jurisprudentie Onderneming en Recht (JOR). Furthermore, Paul is a law clerk of the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
Paul Jager is specialized in company law in general and the Dutch right of inquiry in particular.
