Pascal Neuteboom is the Leiden Leadership Programme's programme assistant. The Leiden Leadership Programme (LLP) is part of the education for master's students provided by the Honours Academy. The programme allows students to gain knowledge and insight regarding different aspects of leaddership. Furthermore, students develop skills that contribute to their potential future leadership ambitions, and offer a framework with which students make sound choices about complex, current leadership questions.

Pascal Neuteboom has been working at the Honours Academy since November 2022. In her capacity as programme assistant, she supports the Leiden Leadership Programme’s Education Coordinator in matters of educational development, monitoring the educational process, and providing information for prospective students. Furthermore, Pascal is tasked with keeping in contact with students as well as coordinating educational activities. 

On a personal level, Pascal prioritises challenging herself and continuously developing her self-awareness, talents, social skills, and physical and mental health.
