Nathal de Wijn
Nathal studied at the University of British Columbia Canada, and the University of Leiden, where she obtained her degree in Occupational Health Psychology. After obtaining her degree, she contributed to several reviews and meta-analyses on psychosocial stress (interventions) at work at the University of Bern. Currently she is back in Leiden to work as a researcher at the University, where she studies the psychosocial workload in emergency department nurses and doctors in the Netherlands under the supervision of Margot van der Doef. The aim of the project is to give insight in the current situation and to provide a scientific foundation for interventions.
