Mark Oldenburger is a lecturer in Company Law at Leiden University, Institute for Private Law, Company Law Department, since January 2021. He studied Accountancy and Business Economics since 2012 and started his bachelor’s degree in Law at Utrecht University in 2016. In 2019 he obtained his bachelor’s degree, simultaneously with his interdisciplinary honours course at the Descartes College in Utrecht. In 2020 he graduated from Leiden University with a specialization in Corporate Law.

As a lecturer in Corporate Law at Leiden University, he teaches the Orientation Course International Business Law for the bachelor’s degree in International Business Law, the courses Capita Selecta and Privatissimum for the master’s degree in Corporate Law and supervises both bachelor’ and master’s theses.
