Lisanne Geurts is a research assistant in the unit Developmental and Educational Psychology of the Institute of Psychology at Leiden University.
Lisanne Geurts is a research assistant in the Brain & Development Research Center of the Developmental and Educational Psychology unit at Leiden University. In the lab, she works on the twin study Samen Uniek, which investigates the relationship between sensitive parenting and child development.
Lisanne completed her master’s degree in Neuropsychology in 2014 at Utrecht University. Since then she has contributed to several research projects with babies, toddlers and children at the Utrecht Institute of Linguistics and in the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry department of the University Medical Center in Utrecht. Because of her strong interest in language development and language disorders, Lisanne is currently doing a part-time degree in Speech Therapy at the Hanzehogeschool in Groningen.
