Kim van Dijk
Kim Alyousefi-van Dijk is a PhD candidate at the Centre for Child and Family Studies, Leiden University.
Kim Alyousefi-van Dijk graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a bachelor’s degree in Psychobiology (2010) and Psychology (2011). In 2014 she graduated with a master’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience at the same university. Between 2013 and 2016 she worked as a research assistant at the psychiatry department of the Academic Medical Center in Amsterdam as well as the Netherlands Brain Bank for Psychiatry. In 2016 she started her PhD research at the Centre for Child and Family studies, Leiden University.
Within her PhD project, Kim Alyousefi-van Dijk focuses on neurobiological, hormonal, and behavioral aspects of prenatal and postnatal parenting in fathers.
