Jan de Heer

Mr. R.J. de Heer

Jan de Heer studied Political Sciences (BA) and Law (LLB) and obtained a master degree in Dutch Constitutional and Administrative law from Leiden University (2013; cum laude). As an attorney of the Competition & Regulatory practice group of Loyens & Loeff he specialises in general (procedural) administrative law with a special interest in economic administrative law (regulated markets), administrative enforcement issues and matters in the overlapping area between public/private law. Jan has been involved in the first-year course Introduction to Administrative Law at Leiden University as a guest lecturer since January 2014.
