Ioana Moraru is the programme coordinator for the Master of Laws in Advanced Studies in International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration. She is also the programme manager of the International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition. Previously, she worked as a project officer at the Grotius Centre and coordinated several training courses and summer schools.

Ioana obtained her LL.M. in 2016 at Maastricht University, specializing in Forensics, Criminology and Law. She also holds an LL.B. in International and European Law with a specialization in International Criminal and Humanitarian Law from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
