Güliz Günes is a Researcher at the Centre for Linguistics.
I am currently investigating the potential interactions between the domains of prosodic (de)accentuation and the domains of ellipsis in a number of languages, as a researcher on the "Ellipsis Licensing Beyond Syntax" project.
Fields of interest
Syntax and discourse oriented prosodic domain (de)formation procedures, syntax-prosody interface within and across sentences, morphology-prosody interaction, information structure and syntax-prosody interface, prosodic typology, domain mismatches across the modules of grammar.
