Title research: Measuring relevance and relations of Dutch legal publications.
Legal scholars and professionals are confronted with increasing amounts of legal publications, but only part of these are truly relevant. Gineke’s PhD research will apply data science techniques to determine whether it is possible to predict the impact of legal publications based on information about the usage of these documents. This research aims to increase efficiency of literature review and limit information overload for legal scholars and practitioners.
