Feby Ivalerina Kartikasari is a contract PhD candidate at the Van Vollenhoven Institute for Law, Governance and Society.
Feby Ivalerina Kartikasari's PhD research focuses on the Indonesian licensing system, particularly related to plantation and mining activities in Central Kalimantan.
Feby has worked as an environmental law lecturer at the Faculty of Law at Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR) in Bandung, Indonesia. She is also a researcher at the Indonesian Center for Environmental Law (ICEL) where she has conducted research in the areas of environmental law, natural resources law and administrative law.
Feby completed her Bachelor of Law (LL.B) in 1996 from Parahyangan Catholic University, and obtained her Master Degree (LL.M) in Environmental Law and Policy in 2006 from the University of Kent.
