Caitlin Masoliver is a Research Officer at the Institute of Security and Global Affairs. Prior to joining Leiden University, Caitlin worked for three years in the non-governmental sector on the themes of peacebuilding, conflict analysis/prevention, and the advancement of SDG16+. She holds a master's degree in International Conflict Studies from King's College London with a focus on transitional justice and gender, and a bachelor's degree in International Relations from Maastricht University.
