In 2014, after earning her Bachelor's degree in Law & ICT at the University of Groningen, she obtained her master's degree in IT law, specializing in the impact of facial recognition technology on fundamental rights. Suzanne worked at the government of the Netherlands, where she researched legacy systems, worked on data standards and co-developed the National Model for the Privacy Impact Assessment.
Now, at the Ministry of Justice and Security, she's focusing on ´data-driven work´, in the field of artificial intelligence, data analysis and data protection.
