Privacy is one of the most hotly debated topics in the current ages of interconnected, always online technologies. End users consciously and accidentally share a wealth of information about themselves as they surf the web. Thus it becomes possible to deduct a lot of information about a person based on their digital persona. At eLaw we are interested in the legal issues surrounding privacy, identity and data protection, but also in the broader societal and philosophical questions that the changing landscape of privacy and identity/identification has raised.
