SOLVED: Problem with multiple services
We are currently experiencing problems with several services, and the cause is currently being investigated. There are problems with logging in and underlying services.
Services have been fully restored. Together with the supplier, we are investigating the root cause to avoid similar problems in the future.
We think we have found the problem at the moment we are testing whether this will deliver the desired results.
Services that were not available are as follows:
- Remote workplace.
- Remote Desktop connections.
- Internet connection from the University buildings.
- Logging in to university workplaces within the University.
- Webprint services.
