The department offers a variety of courses in the bachelors program and in the masters program and in Post Graduate Education.

Education

The IP department provides education for the first year’s course Introduction Civil Law, the master’s course IP Copyright Law (a specialised course in the Civil law master’s programme), the master’s course IP Trademark and Tradenames (in the Company law master’s programme), the master’s course IP Patent law (a specialised course in the Civil law master’s programme) and for the course Privatissimum in the Company law master’s programme.

Finally, the department supervises theses and internships in all fields of IP law.
