Arrival and Registration
Find your way to our Campus Wijnhaven in the city centre of The Hague, The Netherlands and make sure to pick up your goodie bag at the registration desk!

14:00– 15:00 hrs

Mini lecture BSc. Security Studies (On Campus & livestream)
This session by programme director Daan Weggemans will offer you a snapshot of what a plenary lecture in the programme is like. 

After the mini lecture the student ambassadors will tell you more about student life.

15:00 – 15:15 hrs

15:15 – 16:00 hrs

For students only:
Mini skills lab (online for one session)
In this interactive session, we will focus on one of the key skills taught during skills labs, which is being able to have an academic discussion. We will introduce you to a number of tools to help you think critically and build strong academic argumentation. We will put these skills to practice through an interactive discussion held at the end of the workshop on a current security case study.

15:15 - 16:00 hrs

For Parents:
Q&A

Parents can ask all their questions to the programme director Daan Weggemans, the study coordinator Lisette Planellas and the student ambassadors Joeri and Barbara.

For the online programme: this part is cancelled.

16:00 - 16:15 hrs

Plenary closing for the programme on campus. Students have the opportunity to ask questions to student information officers and staff.
