We are organizing a talk on how to take good quality images of archaeological finds and prepare them for publication. The presenter is Jacopo Cerasoni, a fellow PhD student based at the Max Planck Institute (Jena, Germany). He will give hands-on information regarding:

  • Artefact and Small object photography
  • Digital Processing of the image
  • Vectorial Design of the image
  • Figure Composition
  • Beautifying Archaeology

The event is taking place on Thursday, June 24 at 3h via Zoom. The talk will last around one hour and there will be plenty of time for questions and discussion afterwards (Zoom link at the end of the email).

The event will be open for anyone that wants to attend (also beyond the Faculty) so feel free to share this with your peers.
