During the National Archeaology Days there are multiple events organized by the Putting Life into Late Neolithic Houses Project in Vlaardingen.

Saturday June 19, 10-17: working on the dugout canoe by volunteers and Stone Age craftsman Diederik Pomstra

Saturday June 19, 14-16: reduce polished flint axes to small tools (Diederik Pomstra and Lasse van den Dikkenberg)

Saturday June 19, 10-17: Q&A about the new Vlaardingen project, demonstrations of  tools and experiments (Annelou van Gijn and Anne Smits)

Sunday June 20, 10-16: working on the dugout canoe by volunteers and wood worker Leo Wolterbeek

Sunday June 20, 10-16: Q&A about the new Vlaardingen project, demonstrations of  tools and experiments (Annelou van Gijn)

Sunday June 20, 12-15.30: preparing birch bark tar, a prehistoric adhesive (Geeske Langejans and Merel Spithoven)

On Saturday June 19th, 15.00 hours, Emeritus Professor Harry Fokkens will hold an online lecture (in Dutch) about the prehistoric inhabitants of Oss.

Students of the Faculty of Archaeology created a bike tour and a puzzle tour focussing on the archaeology of Oss.
