Q&A Information Sessions

During the Master's Kick Off event several Q&A sessions are being held. There are separate MS Teams meetings for each specialisation to enable you to have direct contact with a teacher and two meetings to ask questions to the Study Advisers.

For the Q&A sessions in Microsoft Teams you do not need the MS Teams software on your PC, but it does work better than in the browser. When opening the link you will be asked to continue either in the browser or in the Microsoft Teams client. Choose either, fill in your name and set up your webcam/microphone.

How will you be able to ask questions during the Q&A?
Start by muting your microphone and by activating your camera. Then …
Option 1: Type your question in the chat that will appear at the right hand side by clicking on the small text cloud button at the top of your screen. The moderator will select a question from the chat which the Study Advisor or teacher will answer personally.
Option 2: Raise your Teams hand, by clicking on the small hand button at the top of your screen. When the Study Advisor or teacher mentions your name you can unmute yourself and ask your question personally. Please put yourself on mute afterwards.

When you open each link a Microsoft Teams tab will open. Here you can choose to use the browser or the Microsoft Teams software, both is fine. You can fill in your name and set up your software after. Please join the meeting with your mic muted and your camera on and use the one of the two options to ask a question explained above.
