Has your article been accepted by the editorial board of a reputable journal and has the publisher asked you to transfer all your copyrights or provide an exclusive license, and agree on a long embargo period? Or has that publisher even refused to publish if you do not do so? How should you respond in light of market practice? When are you allowed to publish your preprint and accepted article, and in which format: your word document or the publisher’s pdf? And can you include pictures in your articles?
Prof. Dirk Visser will answer these and other questions in a lecture which takes place in KOG A051 on 6 March 2020 from 15:00 until 17:00. During this lecture, researchers are invited to share their experiences. The lecture is organized by the research programme Coherent Private Law. Researchers of Leiden Law School’s other research programmes are more than welcome to join.
