Brexit
The last two years Brexit has been a phenomenon that has kept most of LUC students, staff and alumni busy. April 6th is a week after the initial crucial day in the Brexit timeline, as on the 29th of March the Brexit deal should have been approved by the European Parliament. Therefore there will be plenty to discuss about the implications. This event presents the experiences of alumni with Brexit in their work or life, and connects them with experts in the field. These experts have both academic and practical experience with the topic of Brexit. They will present their views in the plenary session as exchange views in-depth with all alumni during the break-out session. We will finish the event with drinks, so everyone can catch up – or discuss Brexit even more.
This event is open for alumni, students and staff from Leiden University and is free of charge. You can register here.
If you have a preference for a break-out session, please indicate this in the remarks section of the registration form so we can keep this in mind when allocating you.
We hope to see many of you there and look forward to welcoming you back!
