On Saturday 9 February we will celebrate the UN-proclaimed International Day of Women and Girls in Science 2019 in Leiden!
At this day, the Leiden University Faculty of Science and Leiden Institute of Physics, National expert organization on girls/women and science/technology VHTO and NOVA will collaborate to organise a festive day for (female) scientists and (PhD, university and high school) students. Also graduates (as well as their daughters and grand-daughters) are cordially invited to attend the event.
We hope to celebrate this day with you. Therefore everybody is welcome: women and men, yound and old! Enjoy this day with prominent speakers, fun workshops and experiments and other cheerful activities.
Note: The official language on the Women & Girls in Science Day is Dutch.
