From 27 to 29 August, Utrecht will host an international conference on sea level rise, where up-and-coming scientists from around the world will exchange their knowledge about the most recent findings regarding rising sea levels. You are cordially invited to attend a special lecture- and debate evening on Monday, 27 August. On Tuesday, 28 August, you will also have an opportunity to join the scientists on an excursion along the Dutch delta.

Professor Thijs van Kolfschoten (Faculty of Archaeology, Leiden University) is one of the main organisors of the event.
