Linking Soil Science to Restoration Practice

 We are proud to announce that on Friday 29 June 2018 the Institute of Environmental Science (CML),the  Institute of Biology (IBL) and Dunea Duin & Water will open a new joined research platform TERRA-Dunes. This research platform is aimed to facilitate fundamental research on impacts of soil organisms on functioning of dune ecosystems, and to provide practical solutions for targeted restoration of dune ecosystems.

We would like to invite you to join the celebration of the TERRA-Dunes opening. Please click here to sign up for the opening celebration and drinks.

The celebration will take place in the Dunea activity centre behind the visitor centre at Meijendelseweg 40, Wassenaar closeby to our experimental field.

15.30-16.00 Welcome

16.00 Opening of the evening by Wim Drossaert, managing director of Dunea.

There will be a bus available at CML to go to the celebration. It will leave CML (Einsteinweg 2, Leiden), at 14.40. The return bus  will leave the Meijendel visitor centre at 19.00.
