The 15th session of the International Criminal Law Summer School will be held in The Hague from the 26th of June to the 7th of July 2016. This summer school combines its unique location in The Hague, the international City of Peace and Justice, with the academic expertise of Leiden Law School. It enables students and professionals from all over the world to engage in discussions on the prospects and challenges of international criminal justice.
The lectures, workshops and exercises will deal with all aspects of International Criminal Law, from substantive crimes (genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and aggression) to complementarity, modes of liability, the rights of the accused and the role of victims.
