The TruLife project is concerned with a comparative study of ancient tropical cities and contemporary urbanism. A series of three international workshops brings together experts from different fields in order to contribute to sustainable solutions for present and future cities.
A first workshop on the Management of Waste and Decay in urban contexts was held in September 2016 in Whitstable, UK. The second workshop in December 2016 in Leiden will be concerned with Spatial Urban Practice. This will be followed by a third workshop in March 2017 in Gothenburg, Sweden on the topic of Food Security.
The programme of the second workshop is available here.
Please note that this is an internal project workshop. Attendance of staff members is on invitation only. If you are interested, please contact Karsten Lambers at firstname.lastname@example.org.
