Present-day reality is e-volving by the synergy of man and technology. Its agents are smart, both organic and inorganic and act and interact in a global audiovi-sual infosphere. We witness the digital colonization of the life world. Contemplating on real-time technolo-gies and possible threats to fundamental rights we should also consider the temporal import of the infor-mation revolution. With the currently discussed right to internet access the inhabitants of the infosphere may also be distributed the right to real time.
