Primatologists in Discussion. The Netherlands meets Japan

•   Insight in the evolution of human cognition can be obtained through researching apes.

•   Only humans have emotions.

•   In Japan, robots have a soul.

These and more theses will be discussed by the Japanese and Dutch primatologists Tetsuro Matsuzawa and Jan van Hooff in the special ambience of the Leiden SieboldHuis.

The discussion evening welcomes a broad and interested public and will take place on March 8, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at Rapenburg 19 in Leiden. Registration in advance is required. You can register for the event here. A ticket can be bought online (€ 8,- for one adult) or at the entrance.
