Judge Silvis will talk about a very topical issue: the possibilities and limits of judicial dialogue. In his lecture he will address judicial dialogue between the European Court of Human Rights and national constitutional or other (highest) courts as well as dialogue with the European Court of Justice.
The lecture is followed by a Q&A session and afterwards some drinks will be served.
