Receive an early decision
It is strongly recommended that you apply in Studielink before 1 April 2022. That way you will be able to take the test in April and know whether you are admitted in May, given that you meet all admission requirements. If you do not pass the assessment with at least a seven, you can still withdraw your application and be in time to apply for a different specialisation, or re-sit the assessment in June.
Necessary steps
Following the application procedure for the master’s specialisation Clinical Neuropsychology means that you automatically sign up for the assessment. After applying in Studielink you will receive an invitation to take the assessment (at least four days before the test) at the email address you provided in Studielink.
If you meet the entry requirements for the master’s specialisation Clinical Neuropsychology, you should have sufficient knowledge and skills to pass this assessment. There is no specific preparation required. Of course, it may help to refresh your knowledge on the various psychology domains, but we do not expect that you will revisit all material and do not recommend any literature in particular.
The assessment will be in the online testing environment Remindo, using proctoring software Proctorio. You can technically prepare for this by taking a practice test in Remindo. Make sure that you don’t have to worry about technical issues, and that your computer and internet connection are reliable. It is not possible to take the assessment on a tablet or smartphone.
The assessment will consist of sixty multiple choice questions, either in the true/false format or with three or four answer possibilities. You have from 11:00 to 13:00 to complete the assessment. The April and June assessments will have separate sets of questions.
