Global and European Labour Law (Advanced LL.M.)
During the programme, you will develop the knowledge and skills to address complex legal issues in the field of global and European labour law.
The programme is specifically designed to address the increasingly complex and multi-layered nature of global and European labour law. The overall objective of the programme is to provide you with an advanced and thorough knowledge of global and European labour law through a comparative approach. In the programme, you will be required to complete eight courses and write a thesis. Particular emphasis is placed on perfecting research skills and critical reflection. This will be achieved through assigned readings, analytical essays, small group discussions, presentations, guest lectures and a thesis.
