Guidance in Career Planning
The University recognises that for many students graduating and choosing what to do after can be daunting. Therefore, the FGGA Career Service provides guidance on the transition from their study to the labour market to our students and young graduates. They organise events like workshops in which you can practise interviews, assessments and pitches or information sessions on working as a trainee and internship markets. Students can get their cover letters, CVs and LinkedIn profiles checked to strengthen their applications.
Additionally, the Faculty’s career advisor can offer personal advice to students struggling with their decisions, propose fitting employers and connect you with alumni contacts. She can assist you in exploring your individual interests and abilities, in doing so guiding you towards the most appropriate internship and job.
Moreover, the LUC Alumni office is able to bring you into contact with alumni that are currently working in your preferred field, or even the specific organisation you wish to apply.
