Student for a day and Experience Days

The master’s Health, Ageing and Society is centered around research and innovation for the ageing population. You will be challenged to explore opportunities to innovate and improve the future of our ageing society. Curious to see how this works in practice? Join the upcoming HAS events! We organize student for a day and experience days. Keep reading to see what these events are all about.

What are a Student for a Day and an Experience Day?

As a student-for-a-day, you will participate with our students in a day of lectures and working groups. We have scheduled dates in each of the various courses, i.e. Biology of Vitality and Ageing (BVA), Older Individual (OI) and Organisation of an Ageing Society (OAS). The perfect opportunity to experience the atmosphere and student life at the LUMC!

During the Experience days, you will gain a broader insight in what it is like to study Health, Ageing and Society by following the interactive mini lectures of the three main modules of the Master’s. Next to that, you will have the opportunity to talk to our students, alumni and master staff about the programme, career aspects and any other questions you may have. Also, our student ambassador is present to tell you more about the life as a HAS student. Scroll down for more information about the Experience Day.
