Healthy University “Time to Recharge” Week
It’s Healthy University Week at Leiden University and the LUMC from 25 to 29 October. A week full of activities to help our staff stay physically and mentally fit. Join our daily online energisers, follow a lunchtime lecture or register for one of our workshops.
Do you often feel exhausted at the end of the day? Are you unsure which healthy habits will give you a quick energy boost? Have you ever worked too long without a break? We’ve all been there before. We all know that breaks and work-life balance are important, but the pressure to be productive often derails the best-laid plans to recharge and take time for yourself. At Healthy University “Time to Recharge” Week 2021, you will learn why it is important to take time to recharge and will change your perspective on what it means to recharge. You will also learn skills to suit your individual needs. Remember, everyone needs a break sometimes. Taking time to rest and recharge is time well spent. So get recharging!
