Healthy University- Let's Walk Activities

After a successful Healthy University week in October 2020 we are back again! See below the schedule for our spring activities taking place from March 1st-5th as part of Healthy University- Let's Walk! During this week the most popular activities from the Healthy University Week will be on offer. Start your day with yoga, step away from your laptop for a 20 min office work-out and feel inspired during one of the lunch sessions about movement, energy and balance. 08:00-08:45 Easy Flow Yoga (ENG+ NL)

The practitioner will build new energy with Easy Flow yoga, due to the nice pace, dynamic and softness of the exercises, and it is ideal if you want to manage your energy balance carefully without challenging yourself to the extremes physically.

A short break to loosen your neck, back and shoulders, to boost blood flow and to strengthen your muscles. Then you can get back to work full of energy.
