Make your dance mysterious and elegant with a veil. In the Oriental Veil classes, Rachid will teach you to dance with different types of veils to make dance more elegant, sensual and mysterious. You will learn different techniques on how to veil and reveal yourself with the veil, veil spinning, butterfly wings, the cape and more. All these techniques will be incorporated into a fun and seductive dance.

(veils are provided, but bring your own if you prefer. Tips for purchasing veils can be obtained from the teacher)

Performance Rachid Alexander


Teacher
Rachid Alexander was born on Curaçao and is a trained oriental dancer. Now residing in The Netherlands, he is one of Europe’s most sought after male belly dancers. Rachid performs all over Europe, the USA, Asia and The Caribbean in dance festivals, expos and galas. He teaches workshops to share this art and has judged several dance competitions. He's a very skilled teacher and dancer.
