Leiden University asks you to do the Corona Check before you come to the University and stay home in case of symptoms etc., to take a self-test on the days that you come to the University, to stick to the hygiene rules, and to follow the walking routes and instructions in the buildings.

This talk will be moderated by Kees Waaldijk (professor of comparative sexual orientation law, Grotius Centre, Leiden Law School), who will briefly highlight the correlation and interaction between economic development and LGBT inclusion worldwide. Together, professors Ziegler and Waaldijk will also discuss how more and more international organisations in the economic field have started to work on issues around sexual orientation and gender identity. See for example the recent launch of the World Bank report Equality of Opportunity for Sexual and Gender Minorities, which examines laws and regulations that affect the lives of LGBTI people in 16 countries.
