NeCEN is the open access facility for Electron Nanoscopy in the Netherlands. It houses two FEI Titan Krios microscopes, offering researchers unique possibilities to explore complex biological structures.
Electron Nanoscopy produces vast amounts of data. What are the main challenges at NeCEN regarding data management and analysis? How can NeCEN, LIACS and LCDS join efforts?
In this meeting, the research field and methods of Electron Nanoscopy will be introduced, as well as its computational aspects and needs. Furthermore, researchers from LIACS will discuss computational methods and hardware which are relevant to this field.
This meeting is organised by NeCEN, LIACS and LCDS.
