Students of today and of tomorrow are not going to wait for answer for a few days. If they don’t instantly find what they’re looking for, they’re gone. And if it’s not accesible from their mobile phone, it’s actually non-existent. Right here - right now is the mantra of communications anno 2016. Programme So let’s share our best practices on the use of new media and the future of communications at the 2016 edition of the Online Media Higher Education #OMHE event on Monday 4 April in Rotterdam! You can attend the following key note sessions by: Wilco van Dijk (Leiden University) – Go east: push prospective students in the right direction Renata Verloop (Frankwatching) – The future of the marketing & communications department and learn more on other universities’ experiences in the break out sessions, for example about: Snapchat (Twente University) Customer service via Whatsapp (TU Delft) Spotify for study books (Erasmus University Rotterdam) And of course, there will be plenty of opportunity to chat with colleagues from all other universities during the event. The OMHE event is open to marketing & communication employees in higher education in the Netherlands and Belgium. Travelling between these three cities every year, we’re back in Rotterdam this year.
